The Diabolo is a direct descendent of the Chinese yo-yo. High-tech it ain't, but if you can master it you won't fail to impress with the tricks you can perform. Comprised of two sturdy rubber cups attached by a metal bar through the centre, the Diabolo doesn't have an internal string like a yo-yo. Instead it hooks onto a tight string tied to two wooden poles. To master the art of the Diabolo, you need to learn how to perform a simple toss, which shouldn't be too difficult.
